We want you to be happy with everything you buy from UK Custom Covers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in a resalable condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with your receipt/invoice and within 30 days from receipt of goods.

Customers are required to contact us prior to returning an item so that a Returns Number can be issued. All returning parcels should be sent on a tracked service. We require customers to keep hold of their given Returns Number or Exchange Number and Return Tracking Number for reference until the refund has been issued or exchange is complete. 

Please note that refunds will be provided usually within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, upon inspection but not when a product is simply unwanted. Should you require an unwanted item to be collected (UK residents only), this can be arranged by sending us an email to sales@ukcustomcovers.com. Please note an additional minimum charge of £10 will be incurred.

Please note any embroidered or otherwise personalised items are not eligible to be refunded.

Please note any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded.

Please note postage and repackaging charge of up to £10.00 can be charged for returns, refunds and exchange.

Outside UK mainland charges may differ.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
